Rapid Assists and Coaching in Context Help is accessible directly from the application to provide guidance on particular features or concepts. These are particularly helpful for managers and end users who use the solution only occasionally.
Online Workshops
Online workshops provide system administrators with in-depth instruction of advanced product features and functionality. These instructor-led, web-based courses are designed to provide supplemental and refresher training for those who have attended one of Authoria's classroom training programs, or who are highly experienced in working with Authoria's products.
Classroom Training
Authoria's courses and workshops provide system administrators who will be supporting the talent management system with in-depth knowledge and skills on managing and maintaining the system. Training is conducted in our state-of-the-art training facility at our headquarters in Waltham, MA, or training can be arranged at the customer’s site.
