When you sign up for Authoria Performance, you will receive the following support and training:

• Designated On-Demand Consultant to manage application
• Ongoing management of your deployed application
• Creation of up to 5 new reports per year, beginning 6 months after go-live** (5 reports is combined maximum with Succession and Performance)
• Creation of up to 5 new worksheets per year, beginning 6 months after go-live** (5 worksheets is combined maximum with Succession and Performance)
• Changes to business rules or workflow**
• Support and planning for annual changes
• Upgrades to most recent version of the application
• Support for data integration points with other systems (e.g. ERP, Financial, etc.)
• Validation of imported data
• Validation and testing of your application
• Usage statistics and reporting
• Copy of the database for customer use for special reporting and queries
