Customer Advisory Council
Authoria's Customer Advisory Council consists of a select group of HR professionals representing a cross-section of Authoria customers including Charles Schwab, Alliant Techsystems (ATK), Kaiser Permanente, MetLife, Hess Corporation, AON, Raytheon, Reuters, Darden Restaurants, and Johnson Diversey.
The CAC was founded in 2000 with the goal of developing meaningful customer involvement on product and marketing initiatives. The CAC meets three times a year, and works with the group to contribute to the success of the Authoria's Annual Customer Conference.

The CAC not only helps Authoria keep its finger on the pulse of industry trends that affect our customers, but also helps us deliver on our customer-centric vision by contributing to the agenda for our Annual Customer Conference.
